"FARMCO, Ltd." (Ukraine) is a limited liability company, specializing in farming and trading, working in the Ukrainian market since 1996. Our partners in crops trading are well-known Ukrainian and Western-European companies such as Cargill, Glencore International AG, Alfred C Toepfer Int'l (Ukraine) Ltd., Tradigrain S.A., Ramburs, Louis Dreyfus Negoce S.A. and others.

Company's own agricultural production is based on rented land with the total area of 12000 hectares in ecologically clean locations in S-E Poltava region (see map), with favourable soil and climatic conditions.

The company owns the complete set of modern agricultural machinery, implements and equipment for farming and grain processing. Repairs and maintenance of the machinery are performed by trained technicians at the company's technical base in Sokolova Balka, Poltava region. The company also has its own storage and drying site, the 30000-ton grain silo complex in Kilchen' (60km north from the city of Dnepropetrovsk). There are almost 300 people, including administrative & management, that are on the company's staff.

High yields are obtained owing to the use of the best fertilisers, chemicals and seed grains from both domestic and foreign producers (Monsanto, Syngenta, Limagrain, Aventis).

The quality of crop, owing to the use of modern technologies of crops production and processing, satisfies even very demanding local traders and foreign importers.
